This pill is scored on one side and has 224 on the other. with very similar #4 as typed here. It is white, round and about the size of a pencil's eraser. ## I haven't found a definitive ID on this pill, but from what other's have mentioned, an "off-white" round pill marked 224 is 450mgs of Lithium Carbonate Extended Release. NOTE: the number "4" is as you described it to be, but it also has what looks like a letter "G" on the other side of the pill, sitting above the score line. I found two of these inside a bottle of migraine pain-reliever (250 mg acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin, 65 mg caffeine) in a bottle produced by Premier Value - I think I bought it at Safeway food store. How/should I report this? ## Is the marking possibly GG 226? If so, then they are prescription tablets that contain 20mgs of Lovastatin, used to help lower cholesterol. Many companies make both generic products that are available over the counter, as well as some prescription medications, so there may have been a mix-up at the factory. It is a fair sized round white pill (not flat) with 222 imprented on one side. Its not mirtazapine. Any help would be much appreciated.
