Not sure if I'm reading the numbers stamped on the pill correctly but I've tried every other number search to no avail. ## I think the marking you are looking at may actually be BI BI 84 84, it is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a .025 Mirapex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Pramipexole, which is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and loss of bladder control. Large white oblong coated pill; blank on one side and the #81 on the other side; no other markings ## A white oblong pill with 81 on the side - I found one too. What is it? ## What is the name of the medication that is white, oblong with the number 18 on one side? ## Is the marking possibly I8? As in a capital i? If so this tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

However, the actual imprint should read "810". Apparently it's made by a company called Elite Laboratories Inc. You could try contacting them if there's still some doubt about its appearance... I found a white round pill with markings 54 814. My friend said it was an Opana 10 mg. Is it? ## I have checked all of our resources for a tablet with this marking or a similar one and I am not finding anything in the U.S. prescription drug databases. I know the marking 54 followed by three numbers is used on prescription medications, but it might not be something that is available in the U.S. What country are you in? ## yes its opana 10mg US ## they are much less effective than the brand name and I am very disappointed.
