I've been given this white oblong (capule shaped? I found this pill going through a family members house who passed on what is it? It's long oblong shaped and white with 300 on one side nothing else ## There's a 750mg Levetiracetam ER tablet that is white and oblong shaped, but it has "1300" embedded on one side and blank on the other. Any chance that the "1" could've gotten smudged off or is difficult to see? If it's of any help, this particular medication is used for treating epilepsy. I received a prescription for medicine prescribed for Shingles. The bottle was marked Acyclovir 800 MG Tablet TEV, The first 30 tablets were white, oblong-shaped, tablet imprinted with N947 on the front and 800 on the back. Amneal's oxycodone, generic for percocet 10/325 is white, oblong, blank on one side, and imprinted with IP 204 (not IP 203)! I usually take Watson or Mallinckrodt, 10/325, (2) tablets every 4-6 hours (240 monthly), but I was given Amneal today when filling my script, and I am not happy! I have cancer, and I also take morphine sulphate 30 mgs as well (1 every 12 hours), and Fioricet with Codeine for severe migraines (as needed)!
