I need to identify this pill. Small white round pill with capitol M on one side no box and #4 on the other side ## I believe I located your pill, it's a round, off white pill and has M on one side and 4 on the other. This pill is Hydromorphone 4 mg, which is a potent centrally-acting analgesic drug of the opioid class; it is a derivative of morphine, specifically a hydrogenated ketone thereoftherefore a semi-synthetic drug and is both medically an opiate analgesic and legally a narcotic.
