The pill is white, round, small, has a slash on one side that looks just like the 1mg R59 ativan, but on the other side it has a 59, then what looks like a D which is at an angle to the 59. ## I just got a refill for my ativan--except that my old bottle had pills with the R59 and my new one has the D59 that joe's talking about. Is there a difference between the two? Because I'm suppose to be taking the same pill... ## Never mind; I called my pharmacy when it opened. They said the R and D aren't really R and D; they're symbols of the company that makes them. They're made by the same company, though. This company recently changed their symbol from "R" to "D". it's still the same ativan/lorazepam. ## I think i have the same thing. I haven't been ...

I found a small white tablet with 5589 on one side, score on the other side and DAN DAN on each side of the score. It's about 10 years old. Can someone tell me what it is? ## @Eli, I located a round white pill with 5599 on one side and scored on the other with DAN DAN on each side of the score. This particular pill is identified as a 100mg Trazodone hydrochloride tablet, which is in the drug class of antidepressants. For verification, the size of this pill is approximately 11.00 mm. It also carries a National Drug Code of 00591-5599 and was reportedly manufactured by Watson (a company that no longer exists due to acquisitions by Actavis and more recently Teva). With this information in mind I would question if the 8 on your pill is actually 9? Hope this helps!

please help: my husband has been sick, migraines, vomiting and stumbling, disoriented. I suspected maybe he mixed some of his prescriptions. I was checking his pill box and found these small white pills with half or crescent shape moons over the number 59. The other side of the pills are scored. What are they? From what I am able to see, they also have a white pill with a score mark on one side, and their logo above 59 on the other [1]. That is their Lorazepam 1mg. Is that what your husband has a prescription for? The picture on the manufacturer's site does look a bit different than a crescent moon, but if you look at their logo at the top left you wi...
