Small Triangle White Pill On One Side M Other

One tiny white elliptical pill, with an "M" on the right side, and 1 triangle, with a smaller half triangle in the first. The M and the triangles are separated by a vertical line. What could this be?! White pill with DD on one side and a 8 On the other there is a line between the two D's and the 8 is split and looks sort of like a three and another three backwards. ## It's 8mg Dilaudid... (It's an opiate...morphine) and a good one at that!

On one side it has a line that splits it in half but the other side has what looks like a faded square I'm pretty sure but not positive. Each corner of the pills edges are rounded. I'd say its about almost half the size of an average females pinky finger nail. ## There is no way to be completely certain what this contains, without any specific imprint, but there are some anabolic steroids for sale online that meet this description. There are several possibilities: 1) This is some sort of over the counter product or non FDA approved supplement. They are not regulated by the FDA the way that prescription meds are, thus are not necessarily required to have distinct imprint codes on them 2) This is from a foreign country 3) This is an illegal drug of some sort Keith, do you have any additional details such as where you obtained it, what is has been used for, etc?

is this a generic of xanax from mylan. Sumatriptan is indicated for the treatment of migraine headaches. It is a white triangle pill with the imprint S on one side and 50 on the other. The pill is white, about 1/2x1/4 and scored in the middle. The triangle image is a very small with an L shaped outline on two sides of the triangle. Looks exactly like Mallinckrodt's 8mg hydromorphone pill....except it's not. Possibly a fake? I was informed this is a kind of heart medication but could find no such information online even searching through the manufacturer site. I did find, however several instances in where the actual manufacturer had made similar mistakes in the past i.e. placing a percentage of incorrect medication into a shipment. I have seen white and pink/red round pills with a very small atc imprint inside a triangle, but there was no X, just a number to determine the milligrams.
