Where did you find it? ## I located a pill with similar markings to a round, pink colored pill with M 4 on it, it's Magnesium Carbonate 400 mg, Calcium Carbonate 200 mg, and Folic Acid 1 mg, which is listed as a vitamin supplement. If this is not your pill, please post back so I can help you locate the correct one. ## I found a oval shaped light pink with teeny darker speckles, no lines, no i.d. markings. It's 3/4 inch in length, and approx 5/12 inches thick in middle.
