small round yellow pill with a hour glass shape on the front no numbers or anything on the back so it seems weird to me ## My guess on this would have to be that it is some type of over the counter product. The hourglass logo could be the one that was used by Ivax pharmaceuticals, which was recently purchased by Teva and they do have some over the counter products. However, as an OTC item, they are not required to log the imprints with the FDA or individualize them, so it may be difficult to determine what this tablet contains. Does anyone recognize it? ## Small bright yellow pill with no imprint

Small round yellow pill with 273 on one side .5 on other side with a line under it. Is this Valium? ## This is Clonazepam 0.5mgs, NOT VALIUM but Klonopin, which is in the same drug class. (NDC 57664-273) Inactive Ingredients: - Lactose Monohydrate - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Starch, Corn - Magnesium Stearate - D&C Yellow No. 10 ## The "War On Drugs" has to end. Billions of innocent people are put into prison every day just for smoking a Maurinna cigarette and pleceboes are given by doctors all the time and the DEA, the CIA and the NSA are behind all this. I have taken Valium since I was 26 years old. Now I am 68 years old. In 2016 since I got a new prescription for Valium the medication has no taste, no effect and I am having seizures and severe anxiety. I have been use...

The only thing I could find that is a relatively close match has the imprint JSP over a score line over 544. Here is an image: Is this what you have? Found a round yellow tablet with "MP24" scored into it and a split scored into the otherside suggesting it can be halved. Anybody know what it is please? ## I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but someone in another discussion thread suggested that this was an antibiotic from the UK. There isn't any other verifiable information online to go off of, but the person who received this pill was given it due to an infection; so the possibility of it being an antibiotic seems to make good sense. I hope this can at least help to narrow down your search! Does anyone else have more information to add?

I found a small yellow round pill that has a capital L on one side. It is not black, it's actually the same color as the pill and it's engraved into the pill. Is this still asprin? ## Hello, Anastasia! How are you? Yes, there are actually several that use the L logo and all contain Aspirin, some are just different depending on what the company ordered from the manufacturer, when they are used for generics or store brands. The FDA classifies Aspirin as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a very small round yellowish pill with no imprint on either side. What could this pill be? Bencoprim? ## Hello Carla, Without an identifiable imprint on the pill there is no way anyone is going to be able to give you an accurate answer. Though I can't identify the pill I can provide you with some information that may help a little. Only controlled medication in the U.S. needs to have an identifiable imprint so over the counter medication would not need to have one. In addition the FDA does not require supplements, vitamins, candies/mints or dietary pills to have imprints either. Another problem is that companies of these types of products can change the appearance of their tablets/pills as they want to so even if you knew the product it can often be difficult to find the exac...

My daughters friend got this pill from another kid in School saying it was candy.I haven't seen it before so I just want to check on it. It is round, yellow in color and has a carved S on 1 side, and on the other side nothing. There are no other markings on it. ## Wow! While trying to respond to this, I completely blanked on the name of the candy I was looking for and it took me awhile to think of it. Anyway, now that I remember, it is possible a Sweetart, they come in several different colors and the ones they sell that are in the small, single serve pouches look like pills with a carved S on them. If you do a Google search, it will bring up images of their various products, so you can see if it matches. Is there anything else I can help with?
