It has no numbers on it and it is fancy V and scored on the other side That is all that is on the pill ## If that is the only marking on it, then that makes me suspect that it's most likely and over the counter product, which could make it hard to track down. Where did you find it? I was cleaning & found 3 small white pills (@5mm). On one side it has a crescent & 65 marked on it & the other blank with a score down the middle. I've never seen them before & curious to what they are ## That crescent shape is one of the logos usually used by Actavis Pharmaceuticals on their prescription products, but I haven't been able to find any with a 65 on them, even under their other logos. I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. i can not find an answer to my Question, Found a pill and don't know what it is ## Hi Michelle, You may be having a hard time finding information on this tablet, because legitimate "Teva" medications are ALSO accompanied by a set of numbers on either side of the pill (usually three or four digits long). If you have the pill in your possession, I would recommend double checking the imprint, if there is one? If not, then it's probably a sign that it may be fake or counterfeit. I can't guarantee that this is the case, but all the Teva tablets I've personally seen (at least here in the US), also have numbers on them for identification of dosage and substance. In my regular prescription there were 4 odd pills of a different size. Small white with an M on one side and scored on the other side with what looks like an L on the top half of the score line and a 51 on the bottom half of the score line. I cannot be sure of the letters and numbers, could be an S1 instead of 51. ## What was your prescription for? This tablet contains the active ingredient Lamotrigine, generic for Lamictal, so if that is the correct medication, it is possible they just ran out of those from one manufacturer and had to use those from a different one to fill your prescription.

Round white pill that is blank andscored in half on 1 side only and on the other it has asc 117. Manufacture:malli. Closes I could find was a methadone but the numbers were not same it was 116. The 1 in question is 117 ## ASC is not a Mallinckrodt logo, that's the logo used by Major Pharmaceuticals. And as to one with ASC 117, I am not finding a listing for this in any of the U.S. databases. Where did you find it?
