its very small round pill thats white and it has R on one side and I on the other side ## Hello, Dillon! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, so far. The relative obscureness of this imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?

My grandmother dropped her pill case, and I need to identify all her meds. The only one I can't seem to find is a small white round pill with an M then a line then a 20. Supposed to be 5 mg oxycodone?? Can anyone tell me what it is- the E looks like a backward 3. ## Hello, Cat! How are you? I've been hunting for these for awhile, now, many have asked about them, but I wasn't finding anything…. however, they've just been added to the databases. YAY! They are listed as being manufactured by Epic Pharma and they list them as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
