Found a small white round pill that has a three dimensional circled P on it so that the P looks raised. That is printed above a 10. Nothing on the other side and no other marks or scoring. The closest I've found was a google images picture of an orange pill that had the same P on it and when I tried to connect to the link there wasn't anything helpful there. ## @Jp, Based on your description, the closest match I found is one account of a small round white pill (unscored) with a "P" over "5" on one side and blank on the other. The source of its identity is reportedly "unconfirmed" but my findings suggest that it may be a 5mg Methadone tablet from Canada. Translating this to your post, that has...

its very small round pill thats white and it has R on one side and I on the other side ## Hello, Dillon! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, so far. The relative obscureness of this imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?
