Small white pill approximately 8mm in diameter with "20" imprinted on one side and a splitting line on the other with no other imprints. ## Hi. I also found one of these pills but had no luck on the pill ID websites. After some digging though I found that these are generic lexapro 20 mg. You can google search "generic lexapro 20mg images" and it should be one of the first to pop up. Hope this helps!

I have a small white round pill with a preforated line on one side and blank on the other side. The pill is not flat, but rather curved on each side and the edges are flat. The size is small. It is supposed to be Citra Tramadol, but nothing tells me that it is. I'm guessing from Mexico. How can I be sure? ## I'm sorry, but the operative word here is Mexico. They really don't regulate much of anything, nor do they require imprints on medications. So basically what I'm saying is your guess is as good as mine as to what this might be. There's just really no way to be sure and the best thing to do would be to just dispose of it properly. Back side is hashed and looks like Dan Dan, what is it? ## The marked you call hashed (whatever that is!) is a score line to make it easier to break or cut the pill and split the dosage if necessary. The pill is white, round, small, has a slash on one side that looks just like the 1mg R59 ativan, but on the other side it has a 59, then what looks like a D which is at an angle to the 59. ## I just got a refill for my ativan--except that my old bottle had pills with the R59 and my new one has the D59 that joe's talking about. pill imprint code R 59 - R is above the 59, small white pill oddly scored on the back side. R also somewhat oddly shaped. Supposedly 1 MG Lorazepam. Can anyone confirm? Found tiny pill in another bottle ## Approximately how tiny? Would you say it's the size of an oral contraceptive tablet, or a bit bigger? This imprint it kind of vague, but it may be a 1mg Clonazepam tablet, there are a couple on the market that have a number as the marking to designate the dosage. One thing to note is that Oravig pills are round but have one flat side imprinted with an L but the other side is spherical. Round white pill with an imprint of 54 on the top half and 879 below it on the bottom half. someone gave it to me and told me that it is Niacin, there is absolutely nothing on the pill. It is smooth on both sides. ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Many supplements look like this, including Niacin and have no markings. Was it given to you by someone who obtained it in the U.S.?
