I think this is going to be really hard to narrow down, there are quite a few over the counter items with the number 10 on them that match this description. Found one white round pill 20 on one side and blank on the other ## Hi marie, From what I've researched, a manufacturer by the name of Accord Healthcare reportedly makes a round white pill with "20" on one side and a score line on the other (but no additional numbers). This particular pill contains 20mg of Escitalopram, used for treating depression and anxiety disorders. I know you mentioned that the opposite side of the pill was blank, but if you're just referring to there being no other numbers, I'd question whether a score line is still a possibility? Its Zofran /or the generic version Ondanstron. Its for nausea and used to treat Hyperemesis, or in laymans terms : It fixes nonstop puking. ## This cannot be verified, because the Ondansetron tablet that uses the 233 on it also has a 93 or TEVA on the opposite side. I cannot find anything that matches this description of just having a 233 on it. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
