I found a white round pill that looks like a percocet blank on one side but its cut in half so I can read all the number all I can see is a symbol looking like this & and the numbers 60. Where did you find it? There are many tablets on the market made by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, the company that usually uses the M logo and the only way to know what it contains is to have those numbers, as well. They show it as containing 40mgs of Furosemide, which is a diuretic that's used to treat high blood pressure, edema and congestive heart failure. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link.
