small white round pill w/ tapered edges with only a score on one side ## If there are no markings, then it is going to be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It could be any one of a number of over the counter items, both medications and/or supplements. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help!

I only ask because there are at least a handful of other white round pills marked with "EP" sitting over top of a score line on one side and blank on the back. They're reportedly made by a company called Excellium Pharmaceuticals (hence the EP). Found a very small white round pill, scored line on one side and U on the other. Can't seem to find what it is, any help? ## How small is it? Can you post back and try to give a better idea? Is it about the size of an birth control pill? If so, that's very well what it may be. They tend to get away with more obscure imprints and some even get away with not having any, since they are so tiny. This pill is scored on one side and has 224 on the other. with very similar #4 as typed here. It is white, round and about the size of a pencil's eraser. ## I haven't found a definitive ID on this pill, but from what other's have mentioned, an "off-white" round pill marked 224 is 450mgs of Lithium Carbonate Extended Release. NOTE: the number "4" is as you described it to be, but it also has what looks like a letter "G" on the other side of the pill, sitting above the score line. We can rule them out as being U.S. prescription medications, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, yes, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, but there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. Have you tried asking anyone if they lost anything?

A Mysterious Pill! Recently, indulging in a bit of retail therapy I wandered into a second hand clothing and accessory store. After browsing for a bit I came across a pre-loved brown satchel type bag that I just had to have. On the bus ride home I was inspecting its many compartments, including the built in wallet section at the back.
