It's been like a year so hopefully someone knows. Someone definitely knows. They might not use this site or it's like manufacturers that also probably wouldn't use the sites... Damn. ## Hello Missmiss, I found a pill that matches your description. What I found was a metformin hydrochloride 500 mg oral tablet, which is used to treat high blood sugar levels associated with type 2 diabetes. Below I have added a picture and some information that I sourced from the National Institute of Health. I can not find this exact pill anywhere. Does anybody know exactly what it is? It has 44 148 on one side and 500 on the opposite side and is a white round pill. I believe it is pretty old and discontinued maybe and that's why I'm having a hard time. ## This tablet is now manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they have stopped printing the 500 on the opposite side. Teva lists it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. So yes, the one you've found is old. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, and stomach upset. These are also available in some first aid kits. This medication is most commonly used to treat fever, dizziness, and moderate aches/pains. Is there anyth...

op on one side 10 on the other just like an oxy 10 but fatter ## This is a 10mg tablet of the new Oxycontin OP, it has replaced the regular product and has been specially formulated to help prevent abuse. It still contains the active ingredient Oxycodone and the side effect profile is also still said to be the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Read more: Do you have any questions? ## How many mg of Acetaminopen are in OxyContin 10mg round white tablets (labelled Oxycodeone hydrochloride controlled-release) tablets by Purdue Pharma? ## There is no acetaminophen in Oxycontin. The only active ingredient is time released form of oxycodone. You might be thinking of percocet which does contain acetaminophen aka Tylenol (355 or 500 mgs) with immediate release oxycodone.

What would you say this Tylenol 3 is the equivalent to: Hydrocodone /5-500 mg. or 7.5 - 750mg. or 10 - 1000 mg? OR Vicodin, OR LORTAB (all in the same miligrams as listed above)? ## Hello, Neet! How are you? First, I'd like to state that Vicodin, Lortab, Norco, Lorcet and Hydrocodone/APAP are all the same medication. They are just different names for a narcotic analgesic that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. And just for everyone's information, the ones with those higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available on the U.S. market. Now, that said, the Codeine in Tylenol 3 is actually a very weak narcotic. The tablet you've asked about is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen. 30mgs of...

What is a white round pill marked and scored on one side only (1800 with a fancy V at the top)? ## Hi Naganama, I located a round white pill with a fancy V below a score line and the numbers 0031 above it. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. And even if it's not a match, I think we can still point out that Qualitest is probably the manufacturer since they make other tablets ...

I was at the gym when I found a flatish white round pill, blank on one side and blank on the other side besides a single score mark. It's about the size of a large pea. ## Hi Vendi, Because the description of this pill is so broad/vague, I think there's only so much one can do to narrow it down through research alone. On that note, here is a list of other white round pills reportedly bearing a score line on one side with no other markings: Vitamin C oral tab 500mg Vitamin B6 oral tab 50mg Niacin 100mg tab Melatonin 3mg tab Counterfeit/Alleged 'Hydrocodone' 10/325 (from Costa Rica) This might only turn out to be a small list of possibilities at that.
