ive tried it once, it feels like E. but for some reason my walls were changing colors! ## The tablet marked TEC 4 contains 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a Canadian tablet. Some narcotics do have unusual effects on people, especially in that high of a dosage, when you haven't taken them, before. Hi- I need some help ID'ing these pills my friend received from India. They were told that they were phentermine 37.5, but they don't look like anything I've ever seen. What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). I have two pills that have different markings; one has "93" on one side and nothing on the other, both are white oblong pills second has number "142" on one side and, again nothing onn the other. they are the same size and color (white) as my previuos vicodin prescription? ## There are 2 possibilities for the one with the 142 marking. If it is an elongated oval, that is only rounded on the ends, so it's shaped more like a caplet, it's a 500mg Metformin tablet. If it's more of an egg shaped pill, then it contains 300mgs of Bupropion in a time released formulation. However, I can't find any results for the one with just a 93 on it. (?=I don't know.) ## Pills marked with an L, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold in many stores as the generic or store brand of commonly available medications, such as Tylenol and Excedrin. Without knowing the full imprint, I can't positively identify it for you, but one possibility would be a generic version of Excedrin Migraine, it meets this description and has the marking of L 430. It contains 250mgs of Aspirin, 250mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine. Are there any other comments or questions?
