have a very small white round pill with a cursive v on one side other side is scored with numbers on each side of the score/line the numbers on the right look like 50 or 58 the numbers on left are to worn found under my moms bed who died of colon cancer and was on a lot of meds cancer meds as well as pain meds can anyone tell what this is ## Is it possible that this pill is oval in shape as opposed to round? It has no numbers on it and it is fancy V and scored on the other side That is all that is on the pill ## If that is the only marking on it, then that makes me suspect that it's most likely and over the counter product, which could make it hard to track down. Where did you find it? I found these in a med-set that comes from my pharmacy. I add my vitamin to the each appropriate daily row. These looked different from the Vitamin C's that I use. It is 1/2' circumference and 1 3/8" thick standing on its side.. It has a slight roundness on the top and bottom which is like a little mound that starts in the in the middle top of the pill and tapers off to the edge of the pill. It is scored in half on one side . I believe with a 1 above the score line and a 6 under the score line or a 6 above scored line and a 1 under. .I am just divorced from an abusive husband and I would like to know what these are. In my regular prescription there were 4 odd pills of a different size. Small white with an M on one side and scored on the other side with what looks like an L on the top half of the score line and a 51 on the bottom half of the score line. I cannot be sure of the letters and numbers, could be an S1 instead of 51. ## What was your prescription for? This tablet contains the active ingredient Lamotrigine, generic for Lamictal, so if that is the correct medication, it is possible they just ran out of those from one manufacturer and had to use those from a different one to fill your prescription.

I have no idea what this tiny pill is. Many years ago when I broke my hip, I got smallish pills like this, but I recall they WERE white, had a capital M inside a square on one side, and a score line on the other side with "15" printed on the upper half scored side of the pill. I’ve read that oxycodone 15s are real light green in color. Oh really? Mine is definitely white, and conforms to all other stated characteristics on this site. Could the color fade over time?
