No, I didn't find a Subutex, Suboxone, or one of the generics listed that meets this description. They all have actual markings on them, other than just score lines, even the sublingual ones. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. With no markings, they are most likely just an over the counter product, but there is also a chance that they could be a foreign medication. 20 and 20 cross imprint on one side and nothing on the other side, tablet type pill ## Actually, I believe the imprint you're looking at is ZC 02, but the tablets are so tiny that it is very hard to make out the markings with the naked eye. The white, round tablet with the crossed score mark and the imprint of ZC 02 contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, it is an antihistamine that's most commonly used to help treat or prevent nausea and vomiting. demerol diazapam ## Letters that are on a tablet do not necessarily designate what the tablet contains, in many cases they are just the logo of the manufacturer. As to this one, I can find a listing for it among U.S. prescription medications, it doesn't match any of the U.S. approved ones for Demerol or Diazepam. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? It also carries a National Drug Code of 99999000256. The imprint seems so similar to your description that I wonder if it would be a good idea to contact T&M Distributors directly in order to find out if they played any role in making your tablet as well. found a white round tablet with an x imprinted on both sides. about the size of an altoid. ## It sounds like the X is probably just score lines on the tablet and without any other real markings, there is no way to positively identify it. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.
