What is a small white round pill marked 542? ## found this pill in a friends bathroom. it is a round pill, with a weird cursive looking P on the top and 542 on the bottom. nothing on the back side. it is light blue. not as small as an oxy, but not as big as a penny. ## What was the pill? I found a white round pill. One side had 54 on the top half and the bottem half was broke but something was written with and 11 at the end. The back side was smooth, no marks at all.
