I found some small round pink/orange pills with the letters xs on both sides. I have a pill that has a P symbol on one side with the number 25 on the other side. I found it in my sons room, and I would really like to know if I should be worried? I haven't said anything to him, and I won't until I find out. ## it is a narcotic. It is either oxycontin or dilata. You should have a talk with him because both of those are very addictive and could lead to a lot of problems. ## I was prescribed these for awhile. i found some pills wilth g 51 on one side and 300 on the other side. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy? I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street...
