The package says severe sinus relieve but I need to know if I should chew or just swallow? Please answer ASAP ## Based on my research, a round pink pill marked with FR 14 is identified as Emagrin forte (acetaminophen 325 mg + guaifenesin 200mg + phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg) Manufacturer: Unifirst First Aid Corporation The information I'm finding on this pill denotes it as an oral tablet and not something that is chewable. So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill. To my understanding, it all gets metabolized in a similar manner, so chewing it vs swallowing may have very little effect on the bioavailability of the drug itself. I hope this helps!

Orange, oval shaped with inscription L143 ## Found this pill please let me know what it is its orange oval and has L 143 written on it ## I had the same situation, what does this pill? ## It's likely Ibuprofen with pseudoephedrine, a generic version of Advil Cold & Sinus. I have been taking plavix and now clopidogrel 75 mg from two different bottles. One bottle has a white pill inscribed 44over148. The other bottle has a pink pill inscribed 34 on one side and E on the other side. Somehow I never noticed this before. Have I been taking the wrong pills? ## Hi, Harvey! How are you? The round, white tablet with the 44 over 148 marking is not a prescription medication of any type, so they are not Plavix/Clopidogrel. Those tablets actually contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen, they are a generic/store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol sold under the name Genepap Extra Strength. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. I been on 3 mg of clonazepam, with 10 mg ambian with T3 codeine/naproxen 375 and am around 100lbs. Oh and toss in a paxil or prozac and 600mg seroquel. I was off my rocker, so I worked myself off now with the VA and on 1 mg. I got the new pink ones and being that I've been on the round ones, they seem different. I get my script every 14 days, on restriction, so I got the orange .5 too and between the orange one and the pink 0.5mg they are very different. The pink seems like junk. I tried both on different nights and know when they wear off. I can last maybe 12 hrs on the orange v.s. like 6 on the pink and feel icky. Long story short, yeah the pink ones are junk. ## What are the markings on the tablets in question? I am sorry, but without these specific details, I cannot research it ...

I started on spironolact 25mg tab mylan 6 months ago now I have a breast lump. can it be related? round white pill with M then a 145 etched in the pill. The M is above the 145. The pill is about as big as the end of a womens pinky ## Spironolactone 25 mg actually has the imprint M over 146. I am guessing that you might have meant that, as the number on the pill might be easy to confuse. If you want to verify with a picture from the manufacturer, see: Gynecomastia (breast tissue development in men) has been reported as a possible side effect of Spironolactone. I would suggest that you report this to your prescribing physician as well. If you want to read more about this drug, please see: Do you have any more questions or information to add?
