I have a very small in size round peachy pink colored pill. There is nothing on it besides the number 18. I was told it was adderal but Im still curious as to what it is. ## Is it about the size of an Aspirin? Because that's the only thing I'm turning up, a round, pink/peach tablet with an 81 on it that contains 81mgs of Aspirin, the dosage that's commonly used for heart health and blood thinning. Found on friends floor. Size of pea. One side has GG on top and 40 underneath. Other side is plain. Known to take pain killers. Has shiney coating. ## Hello, Rosebud! How are you? Found 1/2 of a small light pink/salmon colored oblong pill. No markings on 1 side and mg on the other side. Also round white pill scored on one side and on the other side is a box with R in the middle of the box. Has a / at the lower part of the R. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy? I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street... I found a large round peach/orange colored pill that crumbles very easily and has an RS on it. Does anyone know what this might be? I'm thinking it is a street drug.
