does anyone know if a white pill that is oval but has the letter number G 3719 a generic form of Xanax.... ? The sites I have seen always say the generic's are round only and the oval say Xanax...? ## Yes, this tablet does contain 0.25mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax, it is manufactured by Greenstone Limited. There is no way for anyone to say that any medication is always any certain shape, once it's available as a generic, because the shape of the tablets actually means nothing and is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer.
