this is a very light blue pill found on ground with the letters PMS on one side of it and 411 on the other it is a quarter centimeter thick and about half centimeter in diameter it is round in shape what could this be ## Since this is a Canadian tablet, I can't be 100% certain, but from what I'm finding it has been identified as containing 8.6mgs of Sennosides, which is a laxative. A 26 year old male, previous drug abuser (don't know what drugs) was admitted to a psychiatric unit for over a month, tried to commit suicide, jumped off a bridge, but survived, is now into going to the gym big time and protein drinks. He has an obnoxious attitude, dirty bedroom, keeps himself clean, very bolshie and verbal if confronted by his elderly parents.
