It was found on the street...it looks like a 10 mg Propranolol (the orange ones, which i used to take) as it is the same color, size, and it's round. Except one side says 25 (and has a "divider" on that side, too) and the other side is blank...nothing. I've searched everything I can on the web, including "pill identifier" which normally matches the pills but nothing this time. No clue and it's driving me crazy! ## That's a very vague imprint and I can't find anything listed with just a 25 on it, either, in any of our prescription drug resources. Closest I can find is a Promethazine Hydrochloride. Looks exactly the same, but white. ## Hi Tina, Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL. However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other. Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma. Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?

From what I can find, this tablet is listed as containing 150mgs of Ranitidine, which is used as an antacid to treat conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Learn more Ranitidine details here. And no, they don't get dangerous after they expire, but they do start to lose effectiveness, so they won't work as well as they did, when new and fully potent. I keep getting mixed results on this one. If anyone knows for sure it's supposed to be for water retention, but I'm finding it may also be a strong pain reliever? ## Those are known to be Hydromorphine 40 mg. A very strong pain reliever, be very careful with the usage. ## No, a round orange tablet with an H on one side of a score line and a 2 on the other side of the score, which is blank on the back is manufactured by Heritage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide. This is a water people, otherwise known to the FDA, as a diuretic. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. The imprint on the pill is Z with an line through the pill and 2083 on the bottom. The pill is small and round and its color is a peach color.
