I found a tiny round peach colored pill in a bottle of B12 vitamins. It has no markings, but the pill were purchased last month, and are almost gone. We have no medications in our home that resemble the pill. Would like to know what it might be? ## Hi Alberta, Because there's no marking or imprint, it's going to be difficult to determine what exactly this could be. So I do have my speculations as to whether or not it actually is B12 and not just some other type of medication. OTC supplements also don't usually have markings, which makes sense in this case. Where did you end up ordering the pills... ...
