My dr prescribed this pill and told me it's a sleeping pill to help me sleep better and relax but looking it up doesn't say anything about being a sleeping pill. So I'm just confused as to what it could be? ## Is the marking on it P 127 or R 127? A tablet with R 127 on it is manufactured by Actavis and they list it as containing 0.1mg of Clonidine which has many medical uses, including treating high blood pressure, anxiety, ADHD, and sleep disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Have you tried taking it, yet?

I have found that the round orange Suboxone does not seem to be as strong as the 6 sided Suboxone....anybody have this experience? ## Hi Rick, I personally haven't had that same experience with this medication, but I am aware of the fact that certain inactive ingredients (that may or may not be present in each brand), are accountable for the overall efficacy of the drug itself. Found a small white round pill that has a three dimensional circled P on it so that the P looks raised. That is printed above a 10. Nothing on the other side and no other marks or scoring. No other colors. I've check many other sites. With no luck. It is a small light orange/peach round pill with a score on one side and a coffee cup looking imprint with what looks like a spoon or something in it. ## As far as I'm aware, this logo is used on over the counter products. The company uses it on all of the ones they manufacture, so I don't know which specific one this is, but many of them seem to be supplements, rather than medications. The logo you're looking at is actually meant to be a mortar and pestle, the mortar is a bowl used to hold substances intended to be crushed and the pestle is used to crush them and mix them. By what means do people take this tablet illegally? Orally thru the nose or injection or even smoke? ## @Kim, With "R 029" being a 0.5 mg generic Alprazolam tablet, it's probably one of the most highly abused drugs on the market. People find many ways to abuse these types of medications, if not by all of the methods in which you already mentioned. I wont go into detail because I already know its being done by those who could care less about the dangerous consequences. If you have a loved one who's been misusing this medication I'd probably suggest some sort of supportive intervention to encourage them to take it as prescribed. A couple other questions I had, that will help to narrow down the number of possibilities are: Is this logo you mentioned accompanied by any other numbers or letters? Wondering what it is? ## Based on the description provided I located your pill to be an over the counter Coenzyme Q-10 supplement (Chew Q). NOTE: this pill is depicted as being round & yellow, however I cannot find a photo to confirm whether or not the Q and 100 are on different sides of the pill.
