What the hell is this! Anyone? Peach round pfizer one side adn 25 other.. ## Hello, The closest match I've been able to find is Inspra (25 mg). Inspra contains the active ingredient Eplerenone, which is an aldosterone antagonist used as an adjunct in the management of chronic heart failure. It is similar to the diuretic spironolactone, though it is much more selective for the mineralocorticoid receptor in comparison (i.e., does not possess any antiandrogen, progestogen, or estrogenic effects), and is specifically marketed for reducing cardiovascular risk in patients following myocardial infarction. It was found on the street...it looks like a 10 mg Propranolol (the orange ones, which i used to take) as it is the same color, size, and it's round. Except one side says 25 (and has a "divider" on that side, too) and the other side is blank...nothing. I've searched everything I can on the web, including "pill identifier" which normally matches the pills but nothing this time. No clue and it's driving me crazy! ## That's a very vague imprint and I can't find anything listed with just a 25 on it, either, in any of our prescription drug resources. This leads me to believe that it is probably something available over the counter, which also explains why it's not listed, they are not required to log their imprints, as is done for prescription medicati...

My one dog has had a lot of medications. He's currently having some issues passing a bowel movement. This has been an issue in the past when his back hurts. The vet gave him a motility drug that I would like to give him again, but the label is completely worn off. Does anyone know what this is for? Small dog, approximately 9 lbs. It looks like I was giving him half a pill.

I'm not really sure what to call the colour; somewhere between peachy and yellowy. The pills are about 6 mm, round, and scored on one side, down the middle between the APO and the 25. The other side is entirely blank. I've been all over several pill identifiers and such, but the closest I get is the same description with an added mark... one of them is a diuretic and the other is an antipsychotic/sedative and neither are the same as these three little pills I found. Any leads? ## Have you tried asking a local pharmacist? Closest I can find is a Promethazine Hydrochloride. Looks exactly the same, but white. ## Hi Tina, Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL. However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other. Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma. Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?
