Trying to identify a small oval yellow pill that says APO one said and P40 on the other ## I also have an oval yellow pill, apo on one side p40 on other side. ## The pharmaceutical name for this drug is APO or RAN - PANTOPRAZOLE. It comes in either 40 or 20 mg and that is what the 40 stands for on the pill. This drug is mainly used to treat stomach ulcers, intestinal ulcers or gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). I have some pills they are football shaped and are light beige they say 40 in black on one side but have no other markings. What are they please? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing in any of our resources for a pill that meets this description and has just the number 40 on it. Where was it found/obtained? Do you have any other information on it? If there is nothing else to the imprint, this leads me to believe that it is, more than likely, something available over the counter. One odd pill - found in a bottle of Tramadol tabs. It is about half inch long by 3/16 of an inch across. Have a yellow oval pill one side V, other side 10/95 ## "V 10 95" doesn't seem to exist in my own investigation. "V 36 01" appears to be the closest known representation, for if you accidentally hold it upside down on the back the numbers read out very similar to 10 95. Depending on its overall condition, the backwards 3 may resemble a 5. Never the less, we can at least determine that the manufacturer is probably Qualitest (Vintage) Pharmaceuticals since they're the only company with a "V" and two other sets of numbers depicted in such a way. Did you get this filled at a local pharmacy?
