I have a pill here that is pinkish and is stamped with a black label that looks like a backwards G 500 on one side. No other marks. What is it? The closest match I can find is Ranexa (500 mg) which is used in the treatment of Angina. It belongs to the drug class "antianginal agents". It's considered a serious narcotic drug, and (from law enforcement standpoint) the implications of using it illegally is basically the same is if you were taking any other hard drug. Hello you nice people, I hope you're having a great afternoon. I hope someone can answer this question for me. I'm 61 years old I went to pain management last month and I had a urine drug test. And it came up barely buprenorphine. I guess the medication that's in Suboxone. I've never ever ever had taken Suboxone. But, I'm always yelling at my son and throwing away his Suboxone wrappers and yes I've actually handled the little orange type strip.
