I just need to know what pill this is and what strength it is? Its a small orange round pill with what looks to be like an R on one side and a line on the other side and nothing else. ## There are some prescription tablets that have an R on them, but they also have additional numbers for identification. If this one only has an R on it and nothing else, that leads me to believe that it is probably an over the counter medication, though there is also a slight possibility that it is a foreign drug. However, imprints like this for OTC items can be hard to narrow down, because they are not required to log them with the FDA.
