I have a small oblong tablet with M 357 on one side. Is this Vicodin? If so, what dosage? ## I found a white oblong pill marked with m357. What is it ## It is the generic equivalent.It is 500 of acedimediphen (like tylenol ) and hydrocodone (pain reliever) ## In my house, I found two white tablets wrapped with plastic. On each tablet, there is a letter M followed by 367. What kind of drug is this. Thank you ## M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. M357 contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. There are both generics of Vicodin or Norco, narcotic pain relievers. Pain killer, for maximum effect take with 500mg Acetaminophen. ## The Acetaminophen has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the Oxycodone. It is only added into some of the pills so you have an added anti-inflammatory. ## That is not entirely correct, Acetaminophen is an anti-inflammatory as well as anti-pyretic among other things but it is also a stand alone pain reliever and is well established as a potentiator of nearly all opiates.

What is stronger of the two 10/325 or 7.5/750 Hydrocodone? ## 10/325 stronger more hydrocodone with 10 mg per pill and only 325ancetametaphen were as the 7.5mg 750 is only 7.5 mg of hydrocodne the hydrocodone is the prescription the 750 and 325 is just the over the count tylonal I awful at spelling.
