My doctor advised me for taking medislim powder in dinner and zerofat 2 a day before lunch. Its been 2 months and I have lost 1 kg only. My weight was 95 kg. Due to job, its very difficult to go for exercise. I am 24 years old. Please tell me how much weight is reduced and in what tenure. Thanks,

But I have started eating better food choices and exercising more, and just needed something to keep me from always being hungry. From that standpoint, the Slimball worked just fine. Can you post back with more information? You should be informed, however, that some of the products, under this name have been found by the U.S. FDA to contain Sibutramine as an undeclared drug ingredient. Sibutramine was banned in the U.S. and Canada, due to the severe risk it causes of cardiac dangers.

I can't find more information on what it contains, except for Zhi Shi Extract. As a supplement, its side effects and interactions with other drugs or medical conditions have not been studied. I used to take Fruta Planta and LOVED IT!! But the website that I get it from at lafrutaplanta doesn't carry it anymore and they're selling Lishou and what seems to be a Fruta Planta bootleg Fruta Bio. I want to try the Lishou but was wondering if anyone has had any success with it. ## It's tough to say how well they will work, if at all.
