2 lots of nitrazepam from India, one tablet quite normal size, chalky on one side 10 with 2 half moons stamped on. the other tabs (not expected )are smaller white uncoated with no markings - similar to asprin size. Both bubble packs are marked Nitrazepam 10mg with sell by dates etc one pack says Nitapil forte as well. Hi I am on Nuzak and feel I have no energy I stay tired. I am on Nuzak about 8months. I also have gained weight and eat less but still pick up weight. I was on wellbutrin before but went off and my Dr recommended me to go back on Nuzak. I struggle to get through the day and feel sleepy mostly. I also have no libido. I started taking 1 alergex tablet every night for allergies,it is about 3 months now. I find that my allergies were gone and my sleeping pattens so much better. Can i continue doing this forever or is their a risk of developing a dependency??

Have had 4 c section, one hernia and one gal bladder removal. After the gal bladder operation, i experience numbness when am sleeping on my hand were the operation was done. Can I take 500mg vitamin B12 tablets for a month straight? On one tablet a day, I had a low level of vitamin B12 due to poor absorption. My current level of B12 is around 350 but I still experience numbness in my hands when I sleep on my sides. So I cant sleep on my side. I also tend to forget things sometimes. ## What has your doctor advised? 350 is considered to be in the normal range, which goes from 200 to 900. So, you should consult your doctor, because it really depends on how poor your absorption is, a supplement may be necessary to keep your level in the normal range.
