i m suffering from skin rashes and itching in palms and foots ends due to dose of zoxan how to cure it?? ## Hello, Lavleen! How are you doing? If that's the extent of the allergic reaction you had to the medication, then it's most likely just going to take some time to clear up on its own. But have you consulted your doctor to make sure that's what has caused it? If it's due to some other medical issue, treatment might be required.

I used vari hydrocortisone for two days now yet no change.. what can i do to get rid of this rash ## If there is no rash, then it is not a rash. And there are many things that may make your skin itch, you should consult your doctor for a proper diagnosis. Trying to treat it yourself by guessing at what medication may help could just make things much worse. Do you have a doctor that you see regularly?

I use a new marry Kay night serum now one side. of my face is all red and wellped up. it stings like it's on fire and is itchy and sensitive to touch. benadryl and hydrocortisone cream aren't. working if you have any suggestions I would realty appreciate it. ## Hi Brenda, Is the marry kay night serum what caused the skin irritation to begin with, or is it something you've just been trying to treat for a while now? If the marry kay serum is what caused it, then it only makes sense to consider switching to another brand with either less ingredients or with different more natural ingredients all-together. As far as treating the skin irritations, I'd suggest lavender essential oil. It works really well for that burning sensation you mentioned, as well as for any inflammation...

How can I get rid of this patches. ## Yep, it's the meds. I finally figured this out on my own after 5 years of misery. I now have meds compounded and my skin has cleared. I have been using allopurin for about 12 months now as a gout relief treatment. I have noted that I have been getting outbreaks of rashes - brownish red spots, slightly raised which develop into dry, flaky skins patches - concentrated around the lower back, and upper buttock. This has become concerning now as they have now spread to the legs as well as under the arms. My wife says it is the Puricos (allopurin) and thinks I must discontinue. Any comment or view ## Have you consulted your doctor? It is rare, but Allopurinol can cause a rash, in some people and, when it does, they usually do have to discontinue use of it. So my question is, does the rash get more pronounced while one is taking it on your skin before it starts healing and disappearing? ## Hello, Richard! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems that you're having. The FDA classifies this medication as an antibiotic and it can actually cause a non-allergic skin rash as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache and diarrhea. It would be best to have your doctor check things out, but it's most likely just a side effect of this antibiotic. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I had ...

Prednisone prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. Prednisone can be used to treat many different conditions such as allergic disorders, skin conditions, ulcerative colitis, arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, or breathing disorders. I have heard of people using this medication for rashes and itching, but I'm not sure if age is a factor. Some of the side effects include but are not limited to: insomnia, sever joint pain, leg pain/cramping, and more. Learn More: Prednisone Details I hope this helps!
