Hi.. I am taking sizopin 100mg in the night however i get a good sleep but if i won't take a medicine i can't get sleep. I have taking this tablet almost 9 years now, I want to stop this one as it make me little bit lazy.. any idea how should i process that would be very helpful.

I'm using sizopin 25mg which I m taking 2 tabs before sleeping. I know I'm not schizophrenic by any means. I was alcoholic and I got some withdrawal symptoms from stopping alcohol completely and sad news were related to that of schizophrenic disorder but I'm not schizophrenic and I know it. Now I want to completely stop the meds as they were giving me adverse reactions. I couldn't function properly in daily basis and sadly phobias anxieties panic attacks were consuming me from within. my brother (28 yr now ) has been on sizopin ( 200 X 2), klonopin ( 50 X2) a day for around 10 yrs , i doubt he ever has any active symptoms, gradually he developed OCD and very less socialy interactive, his personality could develop as an adult. we changed to a new DR. who directed to reduce sizpin to total 300mg and started Fluvoxamine ( 100 X 2) and cold turkey klonopin... though the OCD get controlled , but his anxiety become severe.. further pushes for more reduction.. but we hav fear that after too long time of 10 yrs, withdram may affect adversely... just like klonopin withdrawl... plz give some guidance in this regard

I am not getting proper sleep & fearing in the night so consulted by Psychiatrist and taking sizopin 100 mg & sizidon plus daily after supper since 7 years. Please give me the all side effects in detaisl and give me new suggestions to avoid this medicine permanently.

I am taking Sizopin 25mg at night and I am one month pregnant. Please let me know if Sizopin is well tested on pregnant woman or not? Can I continue taking Sizopin during and after the pregnancy? ## Manisha, According to nih.gov, Sizopin (Clozapine) is in pregnancy category B - meaning that "animal studies have revealed no evidence of harm to the fetus, however, there are no adequate studies in pregnant women OR animal studies have shown an adverse effect, but adequate studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus." My sister is taking sizopin for the last four years. Now she is married and even though she is still having her medicine. Doctor prescribed that there is a chance of complete cure from the disease after the marriage. unfortunatelyit doesn't happened. Is there any problem for getting a pregnancy while having her tablets? My son is using skizoril-50mg for the last 3 years. In june 2015 his doctor advised me to stop it. Again in december, he started having sleepless nights and i started giving it to him again. A slow taper is usually best for stopping it, to prevent a withdrawal effects, according to the U.S. FDA. Suddenly stopping it could cause him to experience depression, anxiety and more insomnia. Doc gave me sizopin 25 mg for me.....I'm 5 month pregnant now.....but my parents r afraiding nd telling something will hpn to baby...... can I take this tablet now....If I take Wat kind of side effects baby gets after boring? My daughter has been taking sizopine 125mg in night and pacidone 2 mg in the morning since last 3 1/2 months. She was taking Quitipine 450mg and risdone Ls 1 in morning and 1 at night from june 2010 to dec 25,2012. She is ok but she has drousines in the morning and get up only 10am. She has slight symptom of muttering and laughing during evening time and sometime she sees ghost ie after image.. She is doing 1st year computer engineering. she is not able to concentrate fully on studies. How do we tackle this situation and how do we give confidence to my daughter. ## Drousiness is not worrying. But you need to take her to daily activity and start talking while she goes to bed in night. It is very important. Mental strength is very-very important.

I was taking sizopin 100 mg and azona (zipsydon) 40 mg since last 3 years Now since last one month I am taking skizoril 100 mg, solian 300mg, procydin 2.5, trapex 1 & pan-40. Want to know will there by any problem of taking the medicines of changed ones.

I have been taking the following medicines: Amlodepine 5mg + lisinopril 5 mg Gliclazide 80mg+ metformin 500 mg Sizopin 100mg Azona 40 mg I want to know can I take these medicines together. Or any interval is required to take the medicines ## @ kckarukachal, I'm surprised that your doctor has you on this many medications. Since they're all used for similar purposes I knew there were bound to be some complications, but I didn't suspect quite as many as I had found. Based on my research, there are several potentially dangerous drug interactions between most of the medications you mentioned.
