I'm not certain if there's also another ingredient by the name of Phenylacetone (phenylpropan), but the name happened to be listed alongside Acetaminophen in my research. The tablet's description indicates that it's used for relieving sinus (mucous) congestion, cough and cold symptoms, fever reducer, minor aches and pain, among other uses as well. the pill is a CAPSUL with Green with an L on one side and divided with grey and 8 with red on the other side ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our resources. However, the marking coupled with the description and that grey stripe in the middle leads me to believe that this is probably an over the counter product. The grey portion is used on several medications now, such as Tylenol Rapid Release or Excedrin Migraine and their store brand equivalents to allow the medication to release and work faster. Was it found in the U.S.? Does anyone else recognize this? ## It is Tylenol Sinus and congestion ## Thank you, Mike! Loratidine no longer works for me and my nose is always running. I'm allergic to dust and mold. occasionally I get sinus headaches but not all the time. ## Hello, Jeanne! How are you? Have you ever tried Allegra/Fexofenadine? It's very similar and also available over the counter. However, only your doctor can say wether or not it is safe for you. Side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. ## Ask your doctor about Singulair, it is a prescription/nondrowsy allergy medication. Since your allergic response "cells" are most productive in the early morning hours, like midnight through 3 am,, it is best to take Singulair at 8 pm so the drug peaks at that time. Talk to your doctor, I've seen amazing results.

I'm having problems with painful gums and sinus swelling, pressure and pain. Probable TMJ. Before I try to see a dentist (I have no dental ins), which antibiotic should I ask my doctor to prescribe to clear up the infection? I know she will know, but I like to know before I ask. Thank you for any advice. ## Hello, Mimi! How are you? TMJ is not due to an infection and antibiotics will not treat it. TMJ is due to a problem in the jaw joint that causes pain and inflammation and it needs to be treated totally differently to reduce the inflammation and prevent the problem from recurring and worsening. Thus, you need to consult your dentist for proper treatment, if it is TMJ. An antibiotic will only treat a bacterial infection and there isn't any particular one that would be better th...
