I want to know the complications of tab. signoflam in ptegnancy or fetous ## Signoflam contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, it is actually the Aceclofenac that's usually contraindicated in pregnancy. It can cause blood thinning, since it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication, which creates a risk, if the mother should miscarry or when she goes into labor. As I have sever tooth pain my docter has advice me for Tab Signoflam but its its already midnight & no medical Shop is open but in my first aid box I found Enzoflam is it fine that if take Enzoflam inspite of Signoflam for teeth pain please suggest
