Second, due to copyright reasons, I cannot post a picture, but I can confirm that this is a generic for Lortab, it contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. Watson Pharmaceuticals lists the one with the 387 marking as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, this one is no longer manufactured, because the FDA mandated that the dose of Acetaminophen in all combination medications be lowered to no more than 325mgs per dose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
