I do not know how this drug works but i have noticed liver problems with patients taking this medicine.this is a natural product and we have not studied anything about any of the ingredients in our mbbs classes.I am personally inclined towards not using the medicine that i dont know the effects or side effects of,because the patients basically depends on us and puts their trust into us.so go for Alpha blockers and calcium supplements as the western medicine suggests. ...
