However, there can be some fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients in generics, but they are usually too small to make a difference to most people. lots of coughing particularly at night ## i'm taking prexum plus for about 3 months - about two weeks i started a cough at nite-before that i felt like a was swallowing phlem like a post nasal drip. the cough is more at nite & now also during the day-a dry cough - i am on antibiotic and cough mix. as well home remedies and lozenges. really tired and sore on the chest from coughing now. ## I have been taking prexum for the past 3 months and I have developed this cough that doesn go away. I am a 69 year old male who experienced upper gastric pain and was prescribed Mucosta t.i.d. times 7 days. After the very first dose of 1 tablet I began serious side effects: hypertension, constipation, inability to concentrate and panic attacks related to my inability to stop the effect of the drug. Depression and inability to experience happiness, or pleasure. I suspect my hypersensitivity may be related to the fact that I have genetically evolved essential tremor for which I have taken Corgard/Nadalol 40 mg for the past 20 years. WHAT IS THE HALF LIFE of Mucosta? I was given a 40 mg dose of Pantoloc which I also stopped taking after the first pill. I switched back to Omeprazole 20 mg which I took before with no problems and it seems to have ended the gastric pain.

Why was he taking it? Was he instructed to do so by his physician? It is just a nutritional supplement, but if it makes him that miserable, then he might not be able to continue taking it. My doctor has advised chymonac tabs. Alongwith D-Gain & Gemcal -DS for degenerative changes in LS spine. I have constipation problem after taking these med. Pl. Advise is it side effect of these med? I had taken the appettito tablets for a month and yes I got some difference in terms of my weight because I started eating more. But the issue is that it has given me massive effects like I've been vomiting, constipated, dizziness, feeling weak and I'm late for my periods by one month. I've been seeing an specialist for drug related side effects, also Dr. Mao for holistic treatment including acupuncture.
