I am 81yr old and suffering from high blood pressure I am not dabetic ,no artery blockage.Iwas taking nebicard5mg in the morning and minipres xl 5mg inevening from last 18months these days my B P remains high in the range of 200/100 Dr added sartel40 in morning but there is no decrease ln my BP I also take atchol ASP at bed time ## After applying stent my Dr advised me to take sartel 40, ecosprin 70, novastate 10 and clavix. BP measuring is generally 135/85. Is it correct ?

I am a retired person. i used tobacco (chewing+ smoking). Suddenly i stopped about two years back. It was all right for about two months when I had some time utilization with an engineering college after my retirement which could not continue. Suddenly i had some stroke (Probably mental) and felt uneasiness with some tension. I consulted some physicians and got ecg done which was o.k. Some one in the clinic suggested to use necorrete and i was all right. after a year i just got medically checked up when oct last high bp was dignosed. Dr. says it is because of the tobacco abuse over the years in my life. Otherwise i am physically fit.Dr. has advised me 4 medicines to control my b.p. Pin om H 20, Nebaster 5mg in the morning and ecosprin 75 and novastat 5 in the night. my blood reports are...

I take Metolar XR 50, Cardace H 5 in the morning and Clavix 75 and Novastat TG 10 in the night. I used have disturbed sleep in the nights with dreams and occasionally dizziness in the morning between 9 to 11 AM. Are these side effects and can I put up with them. stenting was done in 2009. presently taking Ecosprin75, Novastat5, Ramistar10H,Concor5 all once in day. How long can this combination be taken?
