i suffer secondary sjogren syndrome for 5 yrs and now i got joint pain for 6 months.My doctor(rheumatologist) give me to 20mg LEFRA start today to 6 month.I worried side effect of lefra.can you advise this matter? ## i suffer with HLA B27 ankyloasing spondylising for last 8 yrs and now i got joint pain & back pain for last 2 years.My doctor give me to 100mg LEFRA start for 3 days and after that 10mg LEFRA & SAAZ D.S for 6 month.I worried side effect of LEFRA.can you advise this matter? ## My wife's RA is negative. my wife is advised lefra 20 mg medicine after she got examined anti acp positive.she took medicine for 1 week and now we wanted to plan for baby. pl let me know, can we plan at this moment after taking medicine for 1 week. 2. can we plan as she is suffering from arthritis.will this not impact baby. 3. now, all joint pains stopped for last 10 days but severe backache has started.
