I'm currently taking Lanol ER along with Evion 400 every morning for my knee pain. ## As far as I know, Lanol is basically Paracetamol and is given for bringing down fever and mild pain. ## Lanol contains the active ingredient Paracetamol, it is available over the counter in most countries and is a mild pain reliever that can also treat a fever. Side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation. Single doses should not exceed 1,000mgs and no more than 4,000mgs in a day.

I am taking LANOL ER and GATILOX 400 daily as i ahve sinus and having throat infecftion.Is this the correct medicine ## Lanol Er contains a time released formulation of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, this is to help with aches and fever. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation. Gatilox contains the active ingredient Gatifloxacin, it is an antibiotic used to treat infections. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, skin rash and diarrhea. It is commonly used to treat such illnesses, but only you and your doctor can decide if it is the right medication for you to use, since your medical history must be taken under consideration for any treatment.
