My partner has been taking two 200mg Ibuprofen every morning for about 3 years. He has become quite lethargic, lost his appetite and is sleeping 12 hours per night. Is it the tablets? ## It is really hard to say, those aren't typical side effects for that dosage. I injured my knee about 8 months ago and I am still in pain. I have tried pain killers such as ibuprofen and I still haven't gotten a relief the pain is a come and go but the pain is unbearable to a point where I am unable to walk. My son has been taking the ip466 pills for 2 1/2 days now, for strep. Tonight he has been complaining of stomach pain and feeling nauseous. It's been over 6 hours since his last dose.
