I've been taking this medicine for arthritis pain for the past 2 months. Will it cause any problem or side effects? ## Diclogen contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. my stomach is paining, so can i take this medicine? ## What has your doctor advised? From what I can find, Diclogem is listed as containing the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Diclofenac with Paracetamol, so it may actually make stomach pain and irritation worse. ## My friend had 8tablets of diclogem on 5.04.13 at 11pm .what wil happen. i am having half 'DICLOGEM' tablet (ie equvelent to 15mg diclofenic sodium and 250 mg paracetanol ) daily at bed time to avoid knee pain since 5 years. will it cause any side effects on me? pl advice prolonged use of this medicine will cause any damage to my vision and clarity in speech ## It shouldn't directly cause such problems, but they can cause an increased risk of bleeding and if you suffered a brain bleed or stroke, then you may experience such symptoms.
