That said, no alcohol should not be consumed when you are on them. It can aggravate the side effects and it can also thin the blood, which can result in hemorrhage. I've been taking ecosprin 150 mg for the past 2 years and currently my doctor prescribed clopilet A75. Are both of these the same or what? Please tell me. ## No, they are not the same. Ecosprin only contains Aspirin, which is used for its blood thinning properties and heart health. But Clopilet A contains Aspirin and Clopidogrel, so it contains an additional ingredient to help prevent clotting.
