As I am suffering with sarcodiasis of lymph node (lungs), I was prescribed defcort 30 mg two times daily (60mg per day) for a period of 45 days and a lower dosage afterwards for another 45 days. Now I completed 30 days of treatment. I have kidney problem with about 3.2 gm protein discharge daily. Doctor had suggested taking Prednisolone 120 mg A/D.With the first doze itself, I had serious chest pain. Later on another nephrologist suggested me taking Defcort 30 mg x 21/2 tablets daily. I am afraid due to the first exprience with Prednisolone. I am a heart patient having undergone angioplasty already. Please advise.I am also taking medicine for BP.and diabetese. ## Did the doctors say the chest pain was caused by the Prednisolone? I was having interstial lung disease and was prescribed defcort30 mg for 3 months , and it was reduced to defcort 6mg for the last 1year. May i know the side effects of both defcort30mg and defcort6mg by having them in the above period of time mentioned above.

I ate every type of medicine...from delson to omnacortil,wyselone to defcort.same side effects...same good effects to body..work same...but by omnacortil and defcort....at aage.
