Side effects of Coveram 5/5: I was taking Zestril 20 mg for many years and my Dr just recently 5 weeks ago suggested I change to Coveram 5/5. But since making the change I suffer from continuous mild headaches, slightly swollen ankles and have now developed rashes around both ankles. I had absolutely no side effects from the Zestril and only changed because my Dr advised me that Zestril was an old type of medication! Hi, I have been taking Coveram 10/10 for a little over 2 years now. In that time I have been suffering from the following symptoms. Headache, Chronic Fatigue, Ringing in the Ears, Sleep Insomnia. I have to get up to piss 6 times a night even though I have nothing to piss. When I wake up in the morning I dry vomit for no apparent reason and I feel as if I haven't slept all night. And best of All I am sleepy all the time, I even fall asleep at my desk at work. I don't recall having these issues prior to taking the Coveram and my wife tells me I'm apparently "normal" when I forget to take the daily tablet. My current life at present is miserable.
